This company offers great product, but lacks customer service. I've placed a number of orders with great results and when their carrier of choice FedEx had delivery delays and lost one of my orders they decided to close my account because I complained about their limitation of using only one carrier. Additionally, the shipping dept would combine orders to limit the number of shipments after they've already charged for shipping on each one. I simply suggest they offer multiple carriers for shipping and not combine any orders to have accountability of their production process.
Best Blankets I found. Super fast shipping and yes their new BIG HEADS are awesome too..
I have used this company on multiple occasions and not one time have I ever been let down or disappointed with the quality and the Turn around time And the price is unbeatable
