the best clinic in all of fife, they will always find a visit, always call back, doctors and staff are very nice, helpful and polite. I have never had any problem with the staff of this clinic
Never had any issues with this practice the Drs ,nurses receptionists have always been pleasant and understanding with any health issues I have going on.. During covid has been stressful for everyone but they do their best in extremely trying circumstances to look after their patients
Brilliant.. Reception cannot be anymore helpful, thoughtful, caring and will go out there way to solve a problem for you. Nurses also very professional and take the time of day just to chat with you. Doctors I have nothing but praise for haven't met them all as I moved here only two years ago, after leaving another Dunfermline surgery. The practice its self is clean well hoovered and well looked after a credit to the person that does that job. Can't rate this surgery high enough. Thank you for looking after myself and family.
i have called the last two days tuesday i was number 28 and today i called at 8am and was number 26 i cant afford to be on the telephone for 30 min just to see a doctor i am very upset with the care i am currently getting from my doctors
Phoned at 8am and found I was number 46 in the queue gave up.
Brilliant service. I was seen as a visitor to the area and the receptionist on the phone, the girls at the desk when I arrived at the practice, and the doctor I was seen by were all first class. Could not have been better
