I'm new to the area and today was my first time seeing the doctor at this practice.nnI saw Dr. Sweeney and he was brilliant. One of the best experiences I have had seeing a doctor.nnHe explained in detail what was going on, gave great advice, organised a great solution and genuinely seemed to care about my wellbeing.nnBrilliant
Not good service , had bloods taken the phlebotomist and health care was so busy chatting she didn’t confirm any of my details , she used a dirty reusable torque and did not clean the area before taking blood . No wonder nhs staff get a bad name .
They have an on the day booking system which would be fantastic if it actually worked, I wait on hold for over an hour every morning to be told there’s no appointments left and to phone back the next day, I phone every day and am told them same thing. The system is absolutely shocking and to be told there’s too many gps on annual leave is a ridiculous excuse for being completely understaff. Not sure I see the point in even having a doctors when I have to wait 3 months for an appointment
Hi all,nnI'm in this doctors alot, there's never anyone in reception the girls prefer to sit in the back and chat and leave people waiting, which is frustrating to constantly see after a while.nnIt took me over 30 days to get a medical here, I was booked in for 9:00 it's now 10:00 and I'm still waiting.
Great GP practice. Even though times are tough, they have a great system for appointments and if you need to see a doctor, they will fit you in the same day if its serious. I have a lot of confidence in this practice. 10/10
