Normally fast friendly and good food, not tonight though. Two stone cold donner kebabs on tough pitta that broke when you tried to cut them, and actual cold chips not cool, cold chips with cheese, not so much as a smile either. I know times are tough but this was not usual standard at all.

Absolutely shocking service from start to delivery! Took over 2 hours to receive the food, when we finally got it the delivery drivers attitude was disgusting. All the food was stone cold, tough and unedable! Will never use this takeout again

Always friendly and nice food with trouble free deliveries too. Out of all of the takeaways in Winsford they do the nicest pizza's. I just wish they would do a nice gravy, so I can order the odd chips cheese and gravy.

We used Prime for the first time this evening. The food arrived within the hr slot but it was cold . Cold pizza, cold.kebabs and chicken nuggets. We only live up the road from the place so no excuse for it.

Great food amazing prices and really polite staff! Couldn't ask for more
