Exceptional dry cleaners, the owner is so personable and attentive. I can always rely on Prime Dry Cleaners to look after my clothes and coats, I never worry that something delicate will be ruined or harmed. My go-to dry cleaners in Letchworth, so happy I found them and will continue to come here for all my dry cleaning needs.
Absolutely fantastic service. The owner and staff are absolutely delightful. I routinely get my suits dry cleaned here and they return crisp and clean every time. Prices are competitive too. I've also rented the carpet cleaner which was also very competitively priced. You get a mini tutorial and some carpet cleaning solution thrown in. The rental times can be very flexible also do I'd recommend. Finally, I've also had a dinner jacket re-tailored to fit my frame. Price was very fair and the improvements were considerable which meant instead of giving away a perfectly good, if ill fitting suit, I now confidently wear it once more to any suitable occasion. Thank you!! The knowledge of the staff and the friendliness makes it stand out. I won't go anywhere else.
A truly outstanding service! I was greeted with a friendly smile and a wealth of knowledge on what alterations I needed on my suit to make it best fit. When I collected my suit, it fit as though it was made for me. I recommend this fast, reliable and quality service to everyone. In this day and age it can be hard to find a quality alterations service without paying the earth. It is said that when you find a tailor never let him go...this is a family business which I will be continuing to use for many years to come.
Fantastic service! I had two sets of curtains altered at Prime Dry Cleaners. They were hand finished and absolutely perfect. Staff could not have been more helpful and called to let me know my curtains were ready for collect. I would strongly recommend Prime Dry Cleaners. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. 5 stars!
Took a heavily soiled wedding dress here and am amazed at the result. Not a speak of dirt left the delicate lace and sequins all intact. Friendly professional service from start to finish. A business that cares about it's clients. Thank you.
