A sizeable store spread across two levels which are accessible via an escalator and a lift. The store is generally tidy and has a good range of items. There are a lot of till points, so though the queues can be long, they do move quickly. Staff can sometimes be a bit brusque or dismissive, but in general, the shopping experience here is pretty good.
Without really trying I interacted with 11 team members 5 on the floor and 6 at the tills. All of the staff were approachable and I'm including all the staff at the tills as every 1 of them made eye contact with me and offered a smile. I noticed they were trying to do this with all the queuing customers, it was a lovely upbeat atmosphere
Primark has come a long way from back in the day when their stock was mostly flimsy. Now they've got so much better. Even the cheaply priced items have better quality than years ago. They've got so many great stuff on offer and there's hardly anything you need that you wouldn't find in the store. From toiletries to menswear, kidswear, make-up items, underwear and many more; Primark is always fully stocked. I just find customers lack manners with the they tear open items or drop them on the floor especially underwear, it's appalling behavior. I like that Primark ensures they have enough attendants at the till to keep the queue moving. You're never on the queue for too long. Overall, great place to shop on a budget.
I’m really flattened with the service of one of the store staff at this store, his name is Richard, works in the Kids department. Nicely assisted me toward the product I was looking for. It won’t be fair, if I didn’t right a review about his service.
A good store to shop in. Most items stocked and quite neat and arranged. The tills flow quite fast so it’s one of my favourite stores as don’t need to wait very long.
