Must say a positive first, always get great products when visiting Primark but must say was EXTREMELY disappointed with what I witnessed when I visited yesterday! The staff working on the checkouts are expected to work in very cold conditions, three of the four staff were wearing coats, scarf, gloves and one had leg warmers on! I could feel the bitter breeze that was coming in from the doors exiting south street but I am in a position to remove myself, these lovely ladies are not, how they all managed cheerful greetings and a joyful work ethic is beyond me.nI never write reviews but felt the strong need to with this situation that I witnessed and I do hope the management team address this issue with immediate effect!
They have really helpful staff. One lady in particular really went extra miles to help every customer but i was in rush so couldn’t take her name. Staffs on the till were really kind as well. Helpful staffs really make a difference in whole shopping experience. Also the store is big enough thus feels less crowded.
I would like to say a big thank you to Charlie one of the managers on the ladies dept in your store for going the extra mile and helping usnYou need more young people like this in your storenAnd a big thank you to one if his assistants I think her name was Lilly
Primark Romford needs to be upgraded. Most of the clothes are looking like the ones they didn't sell and left there.
Primark has come a long way from back in the day when their stock was mostly flimsy. Now they've got so much better. Even the cheaply priced items have better quality than years ago. They've got so many great stuff on offer and there's hardly anything you need that you wouldn't find in the store. From toiletries to menswear, kidswear, make-up items, underwear and many more; Primark is always fully stocked. I just find customers lack manners with the they tear open items or drop them on the floor especially underwear, it's appalling behavior. I like that Primark ensures they have enough attendants at the till to keep the queue moving. You're never on the queue for too long. Overall, great place to shop on a budget.
