Primary mare street hackney! Today’s store duty manager is MO. And I have to say this is best customer service experience I have had. I walked in and was met by flora and another colleague and explain issue with my previous purchase where I have misplaced or lost the receipt and it’s unfortunate this is common behaviour due to covid memory loss i am getting better but I decided to follow it up. Mo listened to me and after completing his tidy up on some items, he took my evidence and while I’m waiting , even if he doesn’t successfully find the transaction , he’s efforts and his patience to listen and serve his purpose to a customer is exceptional. Primark should credit an amazing manager like Mo for his work
