Three stars as I've had conflicting experiences in this shop. There's a lady called Zelda who is incredibly rude, abrupt and...well let's say I've no idea how she has a job serving the public. But on the other hand I've been helped by a nice young chap called Rich, I got the impression I had disturbed him from an errand but he was more than happy to help this silly man find something. He was a very easygoing and helpful man so it's thanks to him I've raised the rating
Much smaller than other primark stores I have visited over the years but still has a lot to offer! Quick till service also as some stores have customers waiting over 15 minutes to be served. Overall good store
My wife felt unwell in Primark, Southport today. The young man that helped her was very caring providing her with a drink of water, an ice pack, and somewhere to sit. He stayed with her until I arrived to take her home. We didn't take his name but would like to thank him, and to let you know what a credit he is to the company.
staff literally stood where customers can see on their phones laughing and watching videos, stood chatting for about 15 minutes meanwhile clothes are on the floor, clothes aren’t folded just thrown on the shelves all piled up like dirty laundry, same with the clothes on racks, nothing matches, hangers dont match the actual clothing sizes, honestly looks like a jumble sale and the staff don’t seem to care or want to assist anyone and they clearly don’t care about their work environment either with the state it was in. need to give their heads a massive wobble. for the price primark are charging for clothes nowadays you’d expect the staff to at least act like they care, £20 for some pyjamas? didn’t know i’d have to take out a loan just to get some sleep.
Grown up, more floor for the shoppers. Same stuff, low quality I wouldn’t say cheap anymore! products.nGood for all ages, sizes etc.
