Great find in Ilford! The location is very convenient — right on High Road with easy access and good visibility. The space inside is clean and well laid out, making browsing comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, adding to a pleasant shopping experience. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area
I like to choices at the store and price range to choose from. Payment can be made only at the ground level which increases wait time to make the payment. It would be great if we can pay at each floor rather than going all the way to ground level.
Most economical, Patrons just ignore the sad comments, just grab your most reasonably priced goods and have a lovely time. Buy ten shirts for the price of one and live happily ever after. Give a grateful thought to Primark for being there when your purse is light
I am very disappointed with the poor customer service I experienced at this branch. Despite returning an unused product in its original condition, I was refused a refund at the Ilford branch. However, East Ham branch processed the refund without issue. This inconsistency highlights a lack of proper staff training and creates unnecessary inconvenience for customers. Primark should ensure employees are properly trained to handle refunds consistently across all stores.
I made the mistake of buying a suitcase that didn't last the duration of a trip, even though it wasn't heavy, 18 kilos at most. Really a shame! It would still be good to sell slightly better quality luggage, even if you are a discount brand, it allows you to have a good opinion of your belongings. I strongly advise against buying suitcases from them, otherwise you will be very disappointed and very bothered when you travel! Purchase dated August 13, 2025
