Always good to do shopping here.
Popped in to Primark in Oldham for some shopping on Tuesday 23/12 at around 4:40. Lived in oldham never had an issue before but whilst waiting in the queue i saw the hijabi worker working on the second till on the bottom floor speaking incredibly disrespectfully at the customer she was serving. None the less i never got involved as it didn’t involve me. My sister was infront of me in the queue whilst i waited behind for another counter to get free. The hijabi worker became free n i walked up to her till where she refused to serve me because she was to busy talking bad ab the customer she just served and was being disrespectful towards. I stayed at the front of the queue and whilst standing there she decided to serve the customer behind me. No customer service at all regret not informing the manager. Not sure how she even has a job and nobody else has complained when she speaks to people in an inhumane manner.
Always good customer service here even when its really busy nice clean and tidy and staff are friendly always get some good bargains when I come in here
went in today for some jeans, found some i liked but wanted in another colour also. they didn’t have the colour on the shelf, i asked a worker if she could check for me, usually they’ll say no or it’s all that’s on the shelf but kayleigh said yes straight away, went and checked and came with multiple sizes for me to try. she had a good attitude and a smile on her face, it was a pleasant interaction. Don’t usually leave reviews but it was one of the best customer service interactions i’ve had in a long time. No huffing no rudeness just helpful and smiley thank you made my night
Great shop but can no longer go due to the change of opening hours clashing with my job. Changed from 8.30 open to 9am Seems as there's a queue every morning waiting for it to open maybe someone would reconsider?
