Came in for school shopping. Very good selection and prices, including clearance. Boys pajama section was a bit jumbled about, difficult to find the size we were looking for. Line was long pretty quick to check out.
My daughter and I were in primary today Lancaster store at the tills we were served by a young lady by the name of Oceane she was an absolute credit to the company, she packed our bags for us she gave us loads of really good ideas to make shopping easier for us my daughter is blind and wheelchair bound, not only does she have a beautiful name but she was a very beautiful young lady. All credit to her, I hope she gets recognition for her efforts.
We visited Primark Lancaster today to have a look around. My daughter found an item she liked and asked a lady if they had more. She put the item down and didn't come back. We then found a lovely person called Ruby that worked at the store. She went above and beyond to help us find the item in a different size. She even called in her manager to help. Ruby was very professional and couldn't help us enough all done with a smile on her face.
It was alright.nNeeds more in the range for plus size people.nI know a lot of people shop online for plus size clothes because they're unable to find them in actual shops, which would save them more money and time. There are plenty of the sizes of 16 L and below, but not many going above that size, unfortunately
Manager was very rude when asked a basic question. Had a staff member answer the same question with a smile and an honest answer before I approached the manager and honestly maybe the female manager with the strong European accent could pick up a couple of lessons in manners and speaking to people when in a customer service job. Her tone and attitude left a sour vibe
