You can find all types of clothing with a good price. They have different sections for different clothing. Ground floor is for women and first floor is for men. Staff are friendly. I bought a t-shirt and changed it later without any hassle.
I have just completed the online survey but I wanted to give special thanks to the lovely lady behind the checkout today, Sarah Lincoln, Primark @ approx 1pm. She was very polite and lovely, she deserves recognition for being so nice. Despite hundreds of customers she was one of the politest staff members I've met :- Thankyou, good people deserve recognition.
It gets an extra star because of the manger and how efficient she was but the girl on the tills called Anita was the rudest cashier I have ever had in my life and I work in customer service. Does not know how to speak to customers at all and just has an overall bad attitude
Frequently shop in here. Cannot beat prices and clothes always wash up well.nWent in on 15th October - ridiculous, soooo many people, queue a mile long. I was almost tempted to leave my shopping BUT, there was a chap in front of tills, making sure everyone moved onto an empty till. Fantastic. Within a VERY short time, I was in front of a cashier. So efficient. If that had been M and S, you would have been waiting for ever. Good on you Primark, you put your customers’ needs first and that is why you will still be on the high street when the likes of M and S will have shut shop.
It is good but I can’t go in there with just my friends they always think we are Stealing and always get security on us when all we’re doing is looking around A few staff members are being rude as well to use and then one time was in with our parents, but wasn’t walking around with them. We start looking for them but they start accusing us of lying.this is making me not want to come into the shop and I feel uncomfortable with lots of staff talking about me and getting security on me
