very easy to find stuff. staff were very friendly and able to help me find other sizes for clothing. great size fitting room and ease of access throughout the store. queue can get quite long though
Great prices and selection. However would be much easier for shoppers if your fitting rooms had lights. Awefully difficult checking your buys in the dark. I was in twice im as many weeks and your lights were off in the fitting rooms.
Pretty good selection of clothes with changing rooms bit some of the trousers had sticky labels on them that didn't match the labels inside the trousers, resulting in us buying the wrong pairs
PRIMARK GLOUCESTER…! Items were damaged and was really difficult to get a refund although it wasn’t for much money… I received it in the end but only fighting my corner with rude ‘management’ Daisy… Check and double check everything BEFORE you buy and leave the store as a lot of items are damaged or broken parts etc…and avoid Daisy who has no idea how to deal with customers respectfully and shouldn’t be working out front, or train her properly Primark Gloucester…
Far too much to choose from lol but managed to get most of what we wanted without breaking the bank
