Happy that there is a Primark on the high street of Walsall and its a pretty good one. Just wish the Men’s section was as big as the ladies’.nService from staff is great, but quicker restock would be better.
It would be nice if staff and stopped following me around every time I take my daughter in, in her pushchair.
My friend wen there today and she got scammed by the manager and security guard, they accused her stealing for items she was gone to return, she was not too clever to deal with them. They took her in a separate room and threatened her to pay, even they were making sure she don't use her phone. I suggested her not to go there again and take some actions against them.
I’ve went there with my friend twice costumer service is 0 they accused us of stealing. First time me and my friend bought two scarves and because it was cold outside we wore them inside the shop before going out the security he came to us saying that we stole it but I showed him the receipt and he had nothing to say and let us out. Second time I was looking into the beauty part of the shop and the same security he came to me saying that in 5 mins they will close the shop I didn’t believe him because normally they close at 5/6 and it was still 4 o clock so something it wasn’t going right I looked at him and I said I’m going to ask someone else from the staff and if he’s right I will but after he came with another security trying to kick us out. They was so rude even tho we didn’t do nothing we was just looking. Their costumer service it’s really bad. He kept on saying that my friend she’s band, she was so scared that she couldn’t say anything and they was keeping on talking and being rude. I don’t recommend it to anyone. They just gave me a bad experience to live in there more than one time
Good little bargin shop it's a go to place for sure I like that they have an edit I think they call it with organic cotton linen and better materials at such brilliant prices that would cost a fortune and M&S Coss and other upmarket shops so for me it's brilliant after all your just paying for a label and they all name in tge same factory in China lol I've been there.
