Exceptional Service & Wonderful Attitude!nnI visited Primark recently and had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Ammar, and I just had to write a review to highlight what a fantastic team member he is! From the moment I approached him, Ammar was warm, welcoming, and greeted me with a lovely smile that immediately made me feel comfortable.nnHis behaviour was truly impeccable—polite, respectful, and incredibly attentive. He listened carefully to exactly what I was looking for, offered great suggestions, and went above and beyond to help me find the right sizes and styles. He was patient even when I changed my mind a few times, and he made the whole shopping experience so easy and enjoyable.nnAmmar’s positive attitude and helpful nature really stand out; he is a brilliant example of great customer service. It’s rare to find staff who are so genuinely kind and eager to help. Thank you, Ammar, for making my trip to Primark such a wonderful one—you are a credit to the team! I’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope he gets the recognition he truly deserves.
I visited the store in Broadway, Bradford with my disabled daughter and had an absolutely awful experience. My daughter was in a rage and screaming, pulling my hair and throwing things on the floor. We both ended up on the floor because of her disregulation.nAlthough a scary experience for all, I was appalled by the fact that not one staff member came to check if we were ok, offer help or even acknowledge the situation. The worst part was some staff were chatting away on the shop floor for 15/20 minutes completely oblivious to the customers.nI spoke to the manger about it and she was very kind and offered suggestions for a quicker check out AFTER we'd finished. She was lovely, but the whole experience was horrible.
Great customer service, above and beyond!nnWhile shopping in store today, I met Imran who was working on the changing rooms. He greeted me with a big smile. It's so nice having such a genuine person who clearly loves helping people. He went above and beyond to help with everything I needed. I also spoke to management in person, to give feedback too. I wish more people could be as kind, friendly and warm. He's a massive asset to you and your team. Thank you
Random security check at payment on self checkout, I asked the staff and he said they do it 75% of the time which seems alot to me but if primark dont trust there customers that much they believe upto 75% may be stealing using self checkout. Very offputting certainly won't be using self checkout at primark again, not going to do the work myself to have extra security checks.
Customer service excellent, especially the chap on click & collect. I find the variety better than the Leeds branch for sone reason.
