One of the best Primarks I've visited. Not too busy, very well stocked, and some absolute bargains to be had pretty much everywhere. There was something of an issue with the tills whereby things were running quite slowly, however there were announcements made over the tannoy to let customers know they were aware of the issue. Plenty of staff on hand & 2 managers running around too, helping out. Top marks for a good store.
The store is functional fully accessible , a very vast selection of choices and the employees are extremely kind and helpful, not to mention the prices which are honest and fair
Popped in for a couple of bits, 1 of the items didn't scan because of a issue with the product but the manager Daryl was really professional in explaining the situation and was very apologetic, the lady serving was uplifting too on a rather glum day in Ayrshire.
Security guard was very rude and shouted at everyone not recommended go to Irvine where your not patronised for trying the perfume and aftershave and trying on the bags wouldn’t recommend for anyone who likes handbags or bags at all because he will give you and dirty look and tell you you shouldn’t be wearing it!
Unimpressed with this store, disappointing range of items, hardly stocks anything seen or advertised online. Security guard is a rude and intimidating creep that follows young girls and women around the store making them uncomfortable. Would much rather travel to Irvine or Glasgow in future
