Nice store, good area. Everything is organized, really friendly security. Only issue is when you go to leave the checkout area you need to scan your receipt so a bit of an inconvenience when you put it away to then have to get it back out.
I love it! Very good price-quality ratio and you can find pretty much anything: clothing, home stuff, beauty products...The prices are really the most attractive part: when I go there I usually buy other things than the ones I was coming here in the first place. There is a lot of choice as well!

While shopping in Primark, my 3-year-old son was scootering inside the store. We didn’t realise it wasn’t allowed, as we’ve been here a couple of times before and he’s used his small tri-scooter without issue. He wasn’t going fast and both parents were right next to him.nnHowever, the security guard approached me and asked, “Is this kid with you? He’s not allowed to scooter inside.” His tone was unnecessarily loud and harsh, which frightened my son — who ended up screaming because of the way it was said. A polite explanation would have been enough, but instead it felt like we were being shouted at.nnHe then kept going on about “frames” and other things, which frankly felt unnecessary. I simply said “sorry” to end the situation. This experience left my child upset and socially shaken. Staff should be trained to communicate politely and professionally — especially when dealing with small children.
Very friendly staff, nice atmosphere, good quality and low priced clothes. My partner and I went recently to get clothes for a night out and it was easy to pick out loads of different styles with the wide selection of clothes. Great part of a day out. Close to everything in Sheffield City Centre
