I liked shop in primark... but...Few years ago my family went to shop there.Some alderly lady had a fall in escalator, and my dearest husband was comforting her while she was laying on the escalator with injured head for about 30 min.,thinking help will arrive soon.I stopped my shopping cause of this.No one from managment came in to help her.Then security guy told me off.I found it was akward approach to me as a customer and a wife of husband who was looking after that lady....Since that I found unease to shop there.The guard always stearing at me there...Such an unwelcoming upproach to the customer there...It is eventually put me off enjoying shop there...I am a very sensitive and sensible person and this makes me feel frastrated.
The quality of the products aren’t that good compared to price. Also they have very small menswear collections while one whole ground floor dedicated for women. Also the cashiers don’t look so friendly idk why. On top of that I think they don’t have enough staff to help the customers.
Sometimes they get it right, and this summer there were lots of really attractive blouses, trousers, shoes,. But sometimes their clothes are in lurid colours and large patterns. Let's hope they're going for nice winter clothes.
Love this shop & you can really get some bargains when there is a sale. We kitted out our 16 year old son with joggers, t-shirts goodies etc all at a very reasonable price & look great on him, were very happy.
People underestimate Primark! There is nothing wrong with the quality and some of the clothes, like everywhere, are really nice!
