Salisbury primark is fairly convenient for your one stop shop t shirts shorts ect… I’ve been in store on several occasions and needless to say some of the staff are kind of arrogant, but I’ve been attended to by a very kind and polite young lady called Abi who was very cheery and helpful showed me where various things are whilst I’m pretty blokey and don’t look further than the end of my nose!nnGiver her a raise. The end! Have a good day. J
I came into the store yesterday and I found everything I needed very quickly…I normally use the self service tills but the queue was shorter for the main tills so I used these instead…had the best service from a young lady called Abi…she was very polite and packed up my purchases very neatly…shout out to this young lady as I haven’t had the best experiences with other staff members

The staff members are so rude. I assume it was a ‘manager’ of sorts, but earlier I was dealing with my friend who has autism freezing up at the top of the escalator. Without really thinking I turned around and was walking back up, trying to get her to come down with me. Admittedly, I was laughing as I thought it was so ridiculous, then staff approached me and I came down as asked, repeatedly apologised and explained I was only doing it as my friend whom was still at the top of the escalator was too scared to come down. The lady was EXTREMELY rude and condescending, claiming ‘My colleague said you’ve been doing it for ages’ when I’d quite literally turned around and did it for about 15-20 seconds.nnI fully admitted multiple times I shouldn’t have done it and I was sorry, however my friend has autism and is scared to come down so I wasn’t really thinking. To which, she threatened to call security on me and did in fact bring them over. The security himself who was very polite, unlike the staff themselves explained to which people hurt themselves which I understand so I once again must’ve been my 10th time now said I apologise. Security to which said he doesn’t view himself as being needed and went. The lady then looked at me with absolute disgust as I went off to pay with my friend who had now finally come down the escalator herself after a good few minutes.nnI fully admit that what I did perhaps wasn’t right and viewed as a bit childish, but the way I was treated was just horrible. Not once was I apologised to for how they spoke to me, despite the fact I asked many times why she was being so rude. Simply no customer service skills at all. I was completely compliant and apologetic, and only did what I did in the first place out of care for my friend. Not because I was trying to ‘mess about’ for no reason at all.
Queues at check out took 20+ minutes to get through, and plenty of staff just stood around... talking! Will def not be returning to this store! Signs regarding returns need to be made more visual and perhaps staff with more customer service experience might help keep younger staff more focused!!
