A small Primark compared to many others but it has a really good range of products, well displayed and very clean and tidy.nAs with all Primark there is a constant turnover of stock so if you like something, don’t delay just buy it today as it may not be there tomorrow!nThe staff in this store are always polite and helpful. I asked a staff member if a particular cardigan was available in another size and she went off to check newly delivered stock - this does not always happen in other High Street stores.
Staff in so much of a rush for you to leave yet block all exists bar one. Is this not a fire risk? Surely this being a fire exist should be partially open until all customers have left. We asked staff but refused. We had someone waiting outside for us so had to walk an extra 5 minutes down a different street to get back, then rush to our car park.
Sold a pair of faulty sunglasses, i came back an hour later with proof of purchase wanting a like for like swap and was instantly told there is nothing they can do, they were not expensive but thats exactly my point, not willing to lose a few pounds to keep a customer happy, what a joke.
I was unhappy with not being able to get they t shirt in a large size as all I could get was a medium that was of no use to me.nnAnd paid by a debit card that no longer exist was more trouble than it was worth
Reasonably well sized Primark, conveniently located in the city centre. It had a wide range of space and was clean and tidy for the most part.nnWasn't too busy when I visited a Tuesday afternoon however I can imagine it feels very crowded during the weekend as there isn't too much space between displays which can make it quite hard to get around people.nnIt has a good range of stock, including quite a lot of the sought after products commonly boasted about online.
