Went in at lunch time today 26 /10 to collect an order young girl on desk extremely lovely and polite then went to fitting rooms young man on there again very friendly and polite well done those members of staff are an asset to Primark
Let me save your time - they say they allow returns, they do not. I was told that I could buy two sizes of trousers and try them at home, and then bring back the one that doesn't fit. I did exactly this, and they refused the return due to a crease. A crease. Never, ever shop here.
Travelled from Bristol as the Bristol store didn't have the item I wanted. The Newport store did and was very tidy. Staff were friendly.
I have brought the latex free glue from this store and I taken it home and I found out they gave me the latex glue in stead when I asked for the latex free one. The staff he did not check the packaging properly and I had very bad reaction to it on my eyes they are puffy and swollen red just hurting! Never buy any makeup from this store ever!!
I went to the kids section and wanted to buy EVERYTHING! Amazing selection of boys and girls clothes, sooooo much to chose from! I want to go back to have a look at the man's section. Unfortunately it looses 1 star for not having bigger sizes for women
