Primark on Union Street in Aberdeen is a fantastic shopping destination for the whole family. The store is well-organized, spacious, and easy to navigate. Not been to Primark for a few years, and the place is just as I remembered it super busy and the queue about fifty or more people deep. That being said they have a good selection of products and the prices are reasonable. I went here to get some bits and bobs for the kids school, so all in all pretty good for what it is.
I liked the home section better than womens clothing. Not much variety on clothes however the home furnishing and accessories section is really nice. Love their seasonal collections. Affordable prices
Once every couple of months I'll come here for T-shirts and bedding, cushions etc and everything has been fine. Today I felt extremely uncomfortable by the security team. They felt the need for no reason to follow me about the entire store hovering about in my personal space, giving me a brain-dead glare. They even showed up at the till once I had paid for the crap. They got to understand they are playing a dangerous game when they do this with customers who have never stole a thing in their life. Security with massive chips on their shoulders and very spiteful !
I don't use to review places, but this one really deserve it due to the amazing staff they have. I received the best costumer service ever right from Craig, the manager that help me with a big doubt that I had about some products and Lottie that was so nice to me helping me to return a product. They really made my day with they kindness. We need more people like them. Thank you guys!
