Huge Primark with nice deals, could do with a bit more signage to tell you the men's department is upstairs maybe? Can't really complain with the prices though.
Terrible, I heard a woman that jobs there being rude for no reason she talked about my family and said that my parents wasn’t taking good care of my siblings she was short like 155 cm and middle long hair brown/balck ish hair and she was a little brown on her skin color and this happend 6:47 pm 20th of December 2025 in harrow, London
One of the cashiers and the manager Mangala behaved badly with me. It felt like discrimination. They were not returning bedsheet even though it was well within return policy, saying it has been opened so has hygiene issues. In reality, it was just opened to check size. Meanwhile they were happily accepting used and tried on clothes from others, not having any hygiene issues there. The reciept clearly mentioned that we could return the product till 31 Jan for any reason. They made me feel like I am a person who uses stuff and then comes to return it. It's our choice when we want to return the item, if it is within return time frame is unused. It was a size issue for us, which they didn't even listen to. They kept saying even once opened means hygiene issue. What about people trying on clothes and returning them? This was a clear discrimination and left me with a very stressful experience.
The Primark at Harrow is a big store with plenty of space, which is great for browsing. However, they don’t seem to have as many reductions compared to other Primark stores. The staff didn’t feel very helpful, though this might be because the store was quite busy. Overall, it’s decent for shopping but could be better in terms of deals and service.
I went in to buy something very specific for my granddaughter for school. I wasn’t able to find it, so I asked a lovely assistant called Avani and she was so helpful and kind.nWhat a great member of your staff.nYou should definitely get more that smile and give a great service
