Rearranged the store, now very small selection of men's clothes that you have to go all the way to the top floor for & have to keep walking up and down stairs to go to the changing rooms. Tried on a 30" waist pair of jeans that fit perfectly yet had to go back and forth to the top floor 3 times before I found a pair of chinos that fit, supposedly 36" waist?????? Entire store is like a fever dream.
Generally good visit with some friendly staff. Changing rooms closed on one floor so have to change floors to try on clothes and revisit floor if different clothing needed.
Excellent store especially if visiting mid week, much quieter, store is so tidy and not huce queues at the tills or prams being parked everywhere like the weekends. I would say more bargains reduced items were seen too. I do like this store but parking can be tricky near by but overall good stock selection, more homewhere would be nice like Mansfield store.
The new Rita Ora collection apparently all came in priced wrong. I took two jumpers grey and beige to the till to get charged £44 the grey jumper had a price tag £20 beige no tag, went to check all others to find all been ripped off, looking at most of the collection so were many other. Checked all online to find out that the beige one is £20 so Chesterfield primark has removed all tags and charging an extra £2 on pretty much all the Rita Ora collection.. yeah I did eventually get both at £20 but that's not the point, there ripping people's off by saying came in priced wrong.. heads up guys check the Internet first..
Do not like that Men's is on the top floor now, and shrunk, and is very small for us guys, Not many places that seem to cater much. And very limited on sizes, unless you are small or medium,
I love this store, I often buy things for the home, something for the children or for myself. Although the store is large, the assortment has been at the same level over the last 2 years. If you go to Sheffield, there is more choice, and there are always sizes. I come to Chesterfield more often because it's closer to home. Just yesterday, I was there with my children. I hope over time there will be even more choice here, like in other cities.

Popped in chesterfield branch sat 11and wed 15 May both days store really tidy bought 8 t shirts over visits can't beat value for money staff on checkout polite and speedy ,good stuff

Went to get my friends baby some name clothes for her birthday and they were lovely and very well priced, a baby's top and 2 pairs of leggings for £5.80 fantastic, also got free hand sanitiser.
