After my 9 hour shift at work, decided to order myself some food not expecting it to be even half decent because of how late I ordered, but Ive been pleasantly surprised! My order came in less than 45 minutes after I placed it, the food was piping hot and it was absolutely delicious! Will definitely be using this takeaway as my go to! Thanks for the amazing service guys
Prima is my go-to takeaway! They have sooo many food options other places don’t have - such as sweet potato fries, jalapeño bites etc. Their menu is incredibly varied, so plenty to choose from! Customer service is also great! If there’s an issue with low stock such as not having any sweet potato, or a certain ice cream flavour they ring almost immediately providing other options for you.
the pizza and chips were very good, I didn’t like the kebab tho
Just ordered from ther it was quite late in the evening so I wasn't expecting much. but it was so good The chips was crispy soft in the middle the donner meat had a really good tast to the only thing is the garlic yoghurt a bit strong and the chilli a bit vinegary. But that's just to me so happy I picked this place definitely come back again
The worst takeaway I have ever come across! Do not order from here as they take your money without delivering your order!!! Called them twice and they said they were busy so we would have to wait. Waited the full time and they said they had delivered the order. Never arrived! So disappointed
Consistently inconsistent. Multiple poor experiences. The food might be good, but over numerous times of trying to order I’m yet to be able to comment. Terrible communication between myself and the driver, and any contact between myself and the takeaway appears to be impossible. Will not be returning, as there isn’t one attribute of this takeaway that makes me believe that this takeaway isn’t inadequate in every single way. Would recommend Pizza Hot for anyone considering ordering anything off the Prima menu.
Their chocolate cake is delicious, so is their pizzas and burgers. I always request for the British version of the Dr. Pepper drinks and they never fail to bring it to me. I'm really impressed with how they're doing this year.
Very disappointing place. Took 20 minutes in an empty pizzeria to place an order and even then they messed up the order. Food was disappointing when it arrived and customer service was incredibly poor. Would not recommend.
On time best pizza an kebab had in a long time and red hot I'm a good distance from shop as well so very surprised
Lovely mixed kebab,I will be ordering from here again when I’m in the area.
