We had fish and chips tonight and they were great.nThe fish was really tasty, beautifully cooked and hot.nReasonably priced and will definately return if ever in Yorkshire
Massive Fail! Recent visits have been disappointing not having any large fish left on my last 3 visits! On one visit i decided not to have nothing if they didn’t have what i wanted I’m not still giving them money for something i didn’t want in the first place right? Me adding pictures of large fish did me no favours as continuity died for me not been able to order what i wanted! So my excellent last review is been changed due to soggy batter on a medium fish i didn’t really want anyway but they just made it worse by soggy watery batter inside! i received tonight! Plus tasted funny so i don’t think it was haddock? ‍ unless the undercooked batter made it taste funny.‍nWaste of a tenner for curry and chips! New pics and clips will say it all so up to you to decide!

Lovely chippy, decent food, friendly staff, my to go chippy if I fancy chips amd fish.
Good quality fish and chips, nothing amazing but nothing disappointing either. Freshly cooked fish and chips at an affordable price. Helpful friendly staff, overall would recommend if you're in the area and fancy some fish and chips.
