I always use this shop when I needed to return my Amazon parcels as I prefer printing my labels at the store. I just need to scan my barcode and the touch screen machine printed out the labels for me. I’ll then sticked the return labels on my parcels and the person at the tills scanned a barcode on a small leaflet for me to keep with a reference number. I put the parcels at the back of the shop in a bag to be collected by the delivery driver. The opening hours are long.
The older guy in this shop thinks he can speak to anyone like they are nothing on this earth You know who I feel sorry for is his family because if that's the way he speaks to his customer what about his family let's just hope to God he ain't got one and I know it's looks harsh what I am writing but he has got under my skin that much you get more respect from a stray cat and I will go back into the shop to be the bigger man I will put an official complaint into the Trafford council because he can not work in a shop again he said if I didn't rip the paper off the machine he would cancel my parcel

Shocking service! The older gentleman working there was so rude and started insulting me for no reason. Nearly called police. At this point considering official complain to Trafford Council. Do yourself a favour and never step in. It's not even safe and nothing good awaits you there for sure!
There's an old man that works here who never smiles and is extremely rude! The younger guy was so much better and helpful but not seen him for a while I think he's left.

Rude men. If you don't have space for parcels, don't sign up to be a Hermes drop off location.
Not very Covid friendly, narrow aisles and people not wearing masks on numerous occasions, needs sorting.
