Have to say Dr Kim Sheil is the best doctor I've ever been seen by in my 57 years. She is so down to earth and kind. She  has a natural ability to put you the patient at ease. She is a great asset to Prices Mill and I sincerely hope she remains at the surgery.

Sadly more negative experiences with reception staff these days than positive. Some empathy and people skills are required both face to face and over the phone. Considering moving surgeries due to this which is a shame as doctors are lovely.

Whoever manages this surgery needs to replace or have a very strong word with the reception staff. Almost 90% of my experience with the reception staff has been awful! They are in the wrong job entirely. However, doctors and nurses have always been pleasant.

I’m highly impressed with Kay Shiel, one of the new doctors. She has gone above & beyond with her treatment of a recent infection & referral to hospital. She is very thorough, friendly & she is one of the best G.S’s I have seen since Dr Mulhall retired. Ask to see her!

Reception staff have no people people skills whatsoever & need re- training desperately! However the  practice nurses were brilliant. I had an appointment two weeks ago & the reception staff where rude,disrespectful & tryinical & should practice what they preach..
