I always feel well looked after by the clinical and admin staff.nnI know some people don't like the Anima online triage system but in my experience actually the questions makes sense and you would be asked these at the consultation anyway. Using Anima I always get an appointment really quickly if that's appropriate. Just be careful to have any photographs you may need to attach already on your camera as often coming out of the app to take photos will be reset your session.  Otherwise I'd say it works surprisingly well.nnSome poor quality surgeries like the Phoenix in Tetbury could learn a lot from Prices Mill. Well done and thank you.

Just want to express what a wonderful surgery this is. For the past 2 months I have experienced an ongoing health issue and have been treated with outstanding care and empathy from a range of medical professionals at the surgery including Dr Bilton, Dr Sampson, Dr Malins and most recently Dr Herbert. On Monday an urgent referral was made for me under the 2 week wait pathway and within less than an hour I had been contacted by the breast clinic in Cheltenham with an urgent appointment within days. As a GP receptionist at another Gloucestershire based surgery myself, I fully appreciate the challenges - and often unfair criticism - faced by all staff, both clinical and non-clinical, on a daily basis and just want to reiterate how lucky I consider myself to be a patient at such a caring, supportive and incredibly efficient practice. Many thanks again, a phenomenal service.

I received excellent care with Dr Rachel Anderson at Price’s Mill Surgery. Having experienced debilitating perimenopausal symptoms, Dr Anderson’s expertise and up to date knowledge helped me overcome them. I feel like myself again and I am so very grateful for it.

I've been with this practice for 5 years, and it has been sad to see a decline in 'bedside manner' at reception. The first reaction to almost anything seems to be irritation, some accompanied by the kind of smile that if anything makes things worse. Not a suitable practice if you have to pluck up courage to ask for help with a worrying issue
