How can they allow to send a burger out like this?It’s so hard and burned! This is not the first time and they won’t send a replacement. We are regular customers, so frustrating! Where is the quality control, you guys have three managers in line in your restaurant which are the ones that pack the TA food!!Food: 1/5
This is a pleasant enough place for a bite to eat. It specialises in pizza and pasta meals. It has recently been renovated after suffering from a major water leak but it is only marginally better than before. I went for a meal with my wife on a weekday lunchtime and we were the first in the restaurant after opening. Although the restaurant has plenty of space every other customer that came in after us were placed in tables right around us which I felt was rather unnecessary. I also felt it was unnecessary that the staff all spoke to each other in a foreign language. It is rather off-putting that they don't want customers to know what they are saying. That concerns me somewhat. The food was perfectly pleasant. The cost of items on the menu was comparable with similar establishments. There was no pushing by the staff for you to choose extra items so that was pleasing. All in all it was a pleasant experience and I would be happy to recommend it to others.

My wife and I had a lovely meal here. The server was very nice and attentive the food was excellent. We are looking forward to our next visit. We were back today and the same as last time. Food is delicious. Parking: Local council parking just across the road, Free for disabled. Wheelchair accessibility: No steps so easily accessible.
Myself and my Fiancé came here last night for my birthday and the food was just amazing! Absolutely delicious and the service was really good, staff were very friendly. We have been a couple times now to this Prezzo as it's our local and will definitely be coming back more!
Prezzos is convenient, centrally located and comfortable. The service is excellent and the food is fine. In fact, the pizzas are better than fine, they're really good. The drinks are a bit expensive and make the meal cost more than you feel it should but the overall experience is good. Never regret a Prezzos!Food: 4/5
Came here for lunch with friends, from the moment we entered we was greeted with a smile and a friendly welcome. Our server was so helpful and definitely made our night enjoyable. The food was lovely, there was a slight mistake with one of the orders, but this was quickly sorted with minimal fuss. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you
I came here for lunch with my son the other day and paid a staggering amount for it. I had a salad, cranberry juice and bruschetta, whereas my seven year old ordered off the kids menu. It was £35 which was eye watering. Especially as my son's pizza was sadly mediocre and I did not enjoy my main. The bruschetta was divine, my favourite, but the salad was disappointing. I ordered caesar dressing instead of honey and mustard because I don't like mustard, and the dressing was absolutely full of mustard. It was overwhelming. Very disappointing that I wasn't told they'd changed the caesar dressing recipe at some point or that it was full of mustard when I remarked I don't like mustard. I ate it because I don't like food waste but did not enjoy it at all. The lady who served us was very friendly and polite, the toilets were sparkling and the atmosphere was lovely and calm. I'm just disappointed by the meal itself.
No body seems to bother to serve. Too busy chatting. I ordered spaghetti with extra sauce. It was like children small size and it was very watery sauce not rich at all. It was worst meal I had. I asked for spoon to eat with it And spoon so small bit bigger then tea spoon.. Will never go there again and won't recommend.
I take lunch with my husband, the food was outstanding, ambiance and staff very nice and kind.
