Very fast, polite and professional service. We came in group of 7 table has been prepared for us and we could enjoy good food quickly as food was served 10mins after order! We’ve been all Very pleased ! Leave thumb up if You find it helpful
Exceeded expectations given this is inside King Cross Station. Quick service for sure, and the food was much better than I dared hope. The Arrabiata pasta was delicious. The strawberry lemonade much less sweet and much more strawberry!
Before boarding a long-journey train, I decided to try Prezzo with my family as it was conveniently located within the train station. We were seated promptly and the waiters accomodated for extra additions who joined us slightly later. Do not visit if you're in too much of a hurry as it does take approximately 15 minutes for the pizzas to be made! That said, we did have time to spare and really enjoyed the food. The total bill was quite expensive, but I guess that's to be expected at any eatery within train stations.

Average food, the pasta was little bland. Service ok, bit slow. Got ice cream for dessert was disappointed it was just a mini tub of Jude’s in carton on a plate/ saucer with a spoon on top. For the price was expecting a couple of scoops in a dish with possibly some sauce. Won’t be in a hurry back, other better, places in King’s cross.

Popped in a quick bite to eat prior to getting our train. Quick friendly service they were able to cater for one in our party that is gluten, soya and dairy intolerant. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough! The service is amazing! My card didn’t work and I was beginning to panic, but the lovely, lovely team here told me not to worry and paid the rest of my bill for me. They didn’t need to do that, but they helped me out of the goodness of their own hearts and I’m so grateful and touched. I was close to tears on the phone to my bank as I was about to miss my train home and the lady serving me I’m so sad that I can’t remember her name told me not to worry and that she would pay my remaining amount. The other man that was serving me reassured me too and I was just beyond touched by this gesture. I made my train back home to Scotland because of them. They were both beyond kind and warm. I’ll definitely be back just to see them again! A team Prezzo should be proud of! Thank you, thank you!!!
Food was nice. Service was efficient but not pushy. I particularly liked fact they provide food for staff. I also like the donate a coffee option on menu.
