Very beautiful and comfortable environment with friendly staff and superb service. I had spaghetti bolognese which I enjoyed but the best for me was the red drink and although I have forgotten the name, I urge you to try it. The red drink is in the attached picture. My partner on the other hand didn't really like the grilled chicken and mushrooms he ordered but the cool thing was, he was refunded. We will definitely go back to try out other menus.
Quick service, lovely waitress. Food was fantastic and very tasty. A real treat after being away because of Covid. Great variety on the menu. Dietary restrictions: They catered to my allergy if parsley with no questions asked.
Came here for my sisters bithday and the pizza was great. The service was quite long but there was loads of us so I'm not going to let it affect my review. Overall, the pizza tasted great and no one else complained about the food or the service.
The restaurant always has a nice buzz and the staff are friendly. Just, the food is not that great. My grande pizza was nearly 18 quid and paper thin. And my summer greens with temderstem broccoli was just some peas, a few beans and normal broccoli- a cheap substitute. Thank goodness for Tesco vouchers.
Went there for a meal. From start to end the service was great - friendly staff taking orders and serving up ths food. Clean place, good atmosphere. The food itself was good, although I felt the portion was a little on the small side, but it tasted good, if not exactly exciting. Desserts was tasty but again the portion was a little small - the gelato scoops was noticeably smaller than other restaurants. A slight pity as the food is expensive, as it is everywhere else rise in the cost of living, but overall a good experience altogether.
Sunday afternoon, childrens menu and games with crayons was very successful. Food good. A seperate Gluten-free version of the menu was very helpful with a good choice of meals, however, this did not extend to sweets. Waitress very polite and knowledgeable about intolerances. The place needs more staff in order to provide a good service. Completed their survey and now waiting to win the £200 prize.
Took my partner here for her birthday and thought it would be a nice place to go, Staff were friendly but due to the amount of noise it was hard to hear or discuss our options, staff weren't very helpful and done minimal asked. Food was good what i expected from an Italian
Was there on Friday. Underwhelmed by the quality of the food and the limited menu. Had the crab and lobster ravioli which was at best bland and unappetising. My last visit to a Prezzo.
Food was nice but the 'background' music was far too loud. Very busy, even at 14:30 when we went and it took a long time to get our order taken and for the table to be cleared between courses, food did come quickly once the order was placed. Also made a mistake allowing my son to mistakingly order a cheesecake that could only be had as a small slice with a coffee and tried to charge full price for that cheesecake without the drink! Also made a mistake on the bill by adding my other son's kid meal drinks on as separate chargeable items when they should have been included in the deal. Check your bill carefully at the end!
The food was bad, in small portions and expensive. Went last night here as the next door Italian place was packed and with 1h waiting list. This place had 10 tables with people, 2 were birthdays and 3 were people that came with us from next door, but still had to wait 10 min for our order to be taken with 4 waiters in the room. Little did we knew why at the time. The starters were bigger in the children's menu deal and the fried mozzarella passed the mark of ok food. My main was child size and had a strand of hair on the side of the plate...My little ones weren't satisfied with a menu that in theory was for 5-13 and mine are 1.5 and 4. Would certainly not recommend.
