First time customer, went with my partner and was blown away at the food, the staff and the atmosphere. Booked a table for saturday evening, was welcomed graciously and shown to our seats. Staff catered to us brilliantly all night, showing great hospitality by checking up on us frequently to make sure everything was well. Really felt that the staff loved their work. All the food we ordered was phenomenal, drinks too. Good portions, great taste, presentation on point! I cannot recommend this establishment enough!
We would like to say Thank You to Jack and Peggy who were very attentive,pleasant,friendly and service was lovely. Nothing was to much for them.My husband and I both had pizzas and they were delicious,nice and hot. Manager came to ask also if were alright and how is it going. All in all,compliments to all staff at Prezzo at Church street Woodbridge for a lovely and relaxed atmosphere. We will definitely go back. Regards, Oana and David
Excellent staff, excellent food - A lovely evening. Visiting the area with family and they were busy - they couldn't seat 8 - after a a 5 minute wait they had arrange for 2 tables of 4 close to each other, one for the adults and one for the children. It worked well and they treated the children as adults. The food was delicious and everyone had everything they wanted. We were offered to take the left-overs away but sadly staying at a local hotel this wasn't really possible - but still appreciated. Would definitely visit again if passing. Sadly there aren't any Prezzo restaurants in our area or we would certainly visit the brand in the future. Thanks again for a lovely evening meal.
It was just alright. Drinks didn't arrive until we asked for them twice. Carbonara wasn't great. My husband said his drink tasted rough. My son didn't complained about his portions. It was 'alright'. Nothing to write home about. Probably won't make a point to come back. Price wasn't really worth what we received. I gave it three stars because it wasn't terrible, but wasn't that good or even great. Felt like the restaurant was just going through the motions of being open and nothing more really.
We had a wonderful lunch at Prezzo -Woodbridge. The Restaurant is located in a nice spot, the setting inside is really cosy and a very nice atmosphere. All the staff were very polite and extremely helpful. The food was simply amazing and delicious. We have been there once before and definitely will go back again and I truly recommend Prezzo Food, drinks and desert. We had a delicious Pizza and a bottle of Prosecco.
2 adults 2 kids - we had a lovely lunch here today but it was spoilt by the group at the next table to us, one of whom stole a cashmere jumper from us. This is a warning to everyone, that even in a relatively safe place thieves exist and will take opportunity. Very disappointing and costly! And surprising. The staff were sympathetic and helpful, but we are sure that it wasn't lost, it was stolen.
Lovely food. Small issue with order but quickly sorted. Great stuff very helpful and professional. Well done guys we will come again
Went with work and the food I ordered was pretty much perfect, good quantities and nice flavour. Atmosphere was good, temperature was nice even sat by the door, and all round an enjoyable experience. Staff were very friendly and put up with our jokes well too.
Good atmosphere and service. Caramelised Balsamic onion garlic bread & Margherita pizza is still the best. Though the prices have now gone up and portion size have gone smaller. We had a very good lunch today the 5th June 2022. The manger welcomed us and showed us to a good table. He,Craig, has in the past always been friendly and attentive and recognised us as returning diners. The food was good as were the drinks. The waitress was smiling and the food was excellent.
