Waited 20mins before the lovely Jade behind the bar must've seen us looking round lots and came and took our orders herself. Food was delicious and despite the initial wait, the service was great.
Great staff, a great location, clean and tidy, however the menu was lacking just the same old food. However No Olives as a side or nibble snack?? Good default option but the company needs to add some excitement to the menu to retain returning customers.
Excellent all round. We arrived 20 mins early but the front of house guy welcomed us and took us to our table. Our waitress Sarah was very cheerful and helpful. Went above and beyond everything even though it was very busy. Definitely recommend this place
Had a lovely meal and very reasonably priced. Used a voucher to get a discount. The restaurant is based in an old bank and is very spacious. A very steady stream of customers kept coming in and I could imagine the restaurant would get busy.
New manager has made a real difference, all staff much more friendly, organised and efficient. Food was always good but now since the new manager came in the overall experience is good and we will definitely be back.
Easy online booking system, staff very welcoming and good menu selection available despite Covid19. Food was excellent. Well worth a visit, would definitely recommend.

Good quality food as always at Prezzo, however the limited menu still in September leaves a little lack of choice. Once the normal full menu is resumed then it would be 5 stars.
Visited on holiday 3 August and after booking we are amazed by the beautiful decor in this restaurant. Service was excellent and food good quality. Decent value too with new EO2HO
