I had a very good experience with them. They provided a  professional service before and on the day of our removal . The three young men Ross, Callum and Richard were punctual, efficient and extremely supportive. I do highly recommend Pretloves and would ask for these guys as there were absolutely brilliant

We had our house moved by pretlove's in cambridge (including the packaging done by them). They were a little bit cheaper than the others we asked, and now I can see why.
They moved all our stuff without care, including putting a mattress and a big TV in a dirty truck without ANY protection. They did broke some items (packaged by them). I've tried to contact them after but they were very unhelpful (you can't even have an email address easily) and I was not able to have a refund.
It looks obvious that they don't care about the customer and the customer stuff they move.
This is not the first relocation we do, all the other companies we used were definitely more professional. I'll never use them again.
