A very shiny new Pret! Fresh food as always. Great selection of fresh pastries, baguettes and drinks. A new go to place in Hounslow!

Me and my husband went  to get the coffee and the delicious sandwiches.  The guy who served  us is Canido explained about the new items and  gave us a very nice service.  He seems new to this branch   and all the team are having very nice environment while they are working

I have a pret subscription. I love their food and drink choice and the staff are friendly almost all the branches I visits. My only issue with the Hounslow branch is the hours it is open. It closes way too early compared with all the other coffee shops on the high street. Also the vegan options compared to other branches is lacking. Please stay open longer and have a wider variety on the shelves. Otherwise great.  Vegetarian options: Need a few more - and vegan please.

Great coffee and experience, a great cafe altogether. Thanks to Canido for making the experience a very refreshing one and making customers want to come again! Cheers to his great attitude towards work!

My matcha latte was delicious!! Excellent Customer Service. The shop was  clean and tidy, and all the products on the shelves show the care and love with Pret makes it.

I LOVE Pret, food and coffee is always good. Sad thing about the Hounslow Pret is the opening times, they open at 8:30am and close 4pm, Google says open time is 8am but it’s not , I was there this morning at 8:20 and there was a queue of people waiting, store was opened at 8:30am  please update google times - Management please consider opening earlier & closing later like other Prets

Horrible staff Canido well at least, that's what written on his shirt  ... He's the only one that has a name tag by the way.... Avoid him!!! He's horrible, no customers manners,  very rude and disrespectful staff member!!!! The rest of staff are really friendly and polite.

Rude and obnoxious staff canido wanted to fight me because i wanted pay cash i tried to explain to him and the manager they should’ve had sign’s stating card only. This was the first time i went to this place and i will never be going back. The worst place ever costa coffee staff are so much nicer. Avoid

Had a great experience at the London Heathrow branch. Exhausted after a long flight and unexpected delays -  Lookman's excellent customer service and cheerful manner made my day.
