amazingly tasty. I did not expect everything to taste so good. the hot egg and bacon sandwich is great, cool idea with a heated shelf to keep the food warm all the time. the salmon salad is also very tasty, the coffee and the raisin cookie delicious also warm, so perfect for sweet breakfast. there was nothing that I did not like from this set. I recommend after a long and hard briefing to sit down and eat something good!!!
I’ve rated other Prets 4 star but giving this 3 stars as long queues, customers arguing with staff about food/drinks not being hot enough and didn’t get a coffee as clearly people were waiting for their coffees so we went to Benugo for a coffee. Also one fridge was broken so less sandwiches. The sandwiches we did buy to eat on the plane though were fresh and tasty. A brie and tomato baguette and egg/bacon baguette. Plenty of seating and very busy at 7am.
I recently stopped at Pret at London Luton airport for a quick sandwich and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The salmon sandwich was fresh and flavorful, and the service was fast and efficient. They also have a filtered water fountain where you can refill your own bottle, which is a great way to reduce waste and save money.
Would you like to drink water from that dispenser? I'm sure they're making a good amount of money and they can improve the equipment! Also "Customer service" it's really poor, I've been in many pret a manger and usually the staff is very friendly and polite!
While waiting for my son flying from Riga, I decided to get some coffee and snacks. There are several points in Luton airport arrival zone. Sturbucks is too expensive, Burger king are burgers I don't want now, Costa is in the middle, and all the airport look at them. I chose Pret-a-manger and it was really nice choice. They have tasty ham sandwiches with fresh grass, their Americano is quite strong as I like, and they have convenient encounter where I could eat calmly. The airport is small but has all nessessary facilities, though in my opinion they could make their station shuttles free or not so expensive.
I would not let a starving puppy eat there. The chicken must have been sourced from the Siberian permafrost and reburied in the same state of raw frigidity in the cheapest rice, together with an insane amount of brown sugar. Do they hire only sensory deprived vegan cooks there?
Pret lover here. Always nice to find Pret at airports, thank you for the great coffee.
Looks like staff has no idea how to make 3/4 black americano. Also dirty dishes were standing for years waiting to be taken, however staff just chatted and did nothing
Scandi Style Salmon and New Yorker Rye rolls are my favourite! Absolutely love them.
Good morning at 3:30 am on January 15th I went to the first shop you have at Luton airport in London, I asked for a cappuccino and I had a hot chocolate, I returned to the saleswoman, saying that I had ordered a cappuccino and no hot chocolate and he changed it for me, after which I asked if he would kindly put the chocolate on top of me and the very grumpy lady almost huffed! only one person in the bar, all the tables were also dirty, i don't know if she is the manager, but really bad service.
