Called in while shopping, just wanted light lunch, good service and tasty food. It was quite busy for mid week. Staff were pleasant and efficient, premises clean and tidy.Food: 4/5

Great place, been here a few times. Nice choice of food and drinks, quick service, and seating inside and out. Customers were entertained on Friday by a bird which flew inside via the door.
Had toasted sandwiches which were fine, but there was hardly any choice at 3pm and the actual place was messy with food on the floor and tables not wiped - and it wasnt particularly busy either! Prices have increased too, but then they have everywhereFood: 4/5

Terrible. Over crowded. Plastic teaspoons for eating soup. Virtually no gluten-free food. Just horrible.
Quiet, very upset that they wouldn't accept my assistance dog in with me I tried to advise them it was against the law not to accept my dog but instead it was against company policy, SHAME ON YOU, Pret A MangerFood: 3/5
