I've used this car park several times now & always had a first class service. The last time was at extremely short notice when our 4am taxi failed to turn up. Patrick couldn't have been more helpful & went over & above to ensure we didn't miss our check-in deadline. This is a small family run business that is less than a minute's drive from the airport & it can be much quicker & easier for everyone at peak times if only the driver uses the transfer service (where possible) rather than the whole family/group of passengers. This might need to be made clearer to customers before booking.

When we were dropped off, we questioned the small size of vehicle as we were travelling with a 3 year old and arriving back at night, we were told a small child would not be left standing. At half ten at night they took 2 car loads of adults and left her waiting until last. Told us it was the order of phone call that mattered. Wish I had the option of no star. Poor service by an amateur company, pay someone else

First time I’ve used Prestwick Airpark, just returned from a week in Lanzarote and the service I received was first class. I have In the past used the airport parking but recently have done most of my trips from Glasgow International. With Ryanair stopping flights to Lanzarote from Glasgow I will be a regular user once again at Prestwick. Prestwick Airpark will be my first choice for parking.

I have used this company three times now. I have never read any reviews until now. I can only say after reading the negative reviews, my personal experience is nothing other than excellent customer service, extremely efficient and a first class service at very affordable prices in comparison to the airport itself. I would definitely recommend booking with this company. Well done Patrick and the team keep doing what you guys are already doing. I will be booking again this month.

Great service from start to finish. Friendly staff & prompt drop off & pick-up. Good price too. About to book to park here again. Would definitely recommend this parking facility to everyone...5* well deserved 👌🏽
