Looking for a place that was local rather that facing a trek in to town and found this gem of a place. Wanted a ring resizing and the lady serving me was very friendly and helpful. Left for repair and it came back like new and a week before I expected. Highly recommended and excellent service from start to finish.

I took in a simple and incredibly sentimental bracelet that was starting to break. They sent it away to be fixed and it was back within a week and looks better than I could have imagined. I didn't mind if it was fixed "messily" because of how sentimental it is, but you couldn't even tell it was ever broken, it was so well fixed! The attendees in the shop were extremely helpful and very polite. I would definitely come here again!

Fast repair for new watch battery on first visit. One week later I visited again to which they were so helpful fitting a challenging my new watch strap that I bought online. Great people and great value for money with an excellent service throughout!

The shop is within walking distance from where I work, so decided to pop in for a quote. Had caught my engagement ring in the freezer drawer! It was one mishap too far and the stone popped out of the claws. Utterly devastated I sought advice from a lovely lady who advised me the ring would be sent off for a free estimate and costing for the work. They didn’t disappoint. I received a text with a price and a time, if I was happy to go ahead, when my ring would be ready. It looks like new! I’m certain it has been cleaned and the small repair has been flawless. Cant thank the staff enough. Would definitely recommend and visit again. Thank you so much. X

I came here to buy a present for my sisters birthday, absolutely outstanding customer service can't recommend it enough! Kelsey the lovely young lady that served me went absolutely above and beyond to help me, she was so polite and friendly! She welcomed me in the shop and showed me a great variety of products, she was so helpful and very knowledgeable, I was stuck for choice!!  In the end i decided on a beautiful necklace and a cute little charm for her which would of cost me triple in pandora, the necklace that was practically identical to one i had my eye on in goldsmiths at half the price! she even gift wrapped them for me in a sparkley little bag. I will most certainly be coming back here again!!  My dad's birthday coming up and i saw a nice watch to get him Kelsey is a credit to your business, over the moon, Thank you so much

10/10 for service. The staff were extremely helpful in locating a desired necklace and then providing detailed insurance valuations. Highly recommended!

Really helpful jewellers. Repaired my watch battery in a couple of minutes and only cost £5. Lots of lovely items in the shop. A real gem.

Great service adjusted my watch very quickly and very nice people too also replaced a battery for another watch I had would highly reccomend this place if you live in Prestwich
