I absolutely love this bus station and I will be using it tomorrow. Everyone who works here has a smile on their face. This is MY happy place. Aye, it’s always a good day at the bus station. The waiting room is beautifully decorated and the toilets are terrific. So clean I could even take a dump if needed. Keep up the good work!
Buses don't leave at the right stand, freezing cold, desolate, no staff on hand to tell you that your bus is actually leaving from the other end of the station despite the departure screens saying something completely different. Ended up getting an Uber home.nnAvoid at all costs. It's not worth it. You'll hate yourself. Wouldn't look out of place in Soviet Russia, although their buses are probably more reliable.
My bus didn't turn up I needed to get on to get to work so I couldn't go. The next bus was due an hour later so too late.
Horrendous for keeping up with the bus times! X2 was in ready to leave at 5 like ita suppose to.. after waiting 15 mins we then get told it's running late and we have to wait another 20 minutes!! THE BUS IS LITERALLY SAT IN FRONT OF US and I'm not having lack of staff as an excuse when there is about 10 in the staff room looking down at us laughing after he tells us another 20 minutes absolute joke of a place!!!
Awful bus station I use it as a last resort. Refuse to get off at the station always get off by train station or greyfriars.nThe bus station is dirty and toilets stink, worst times to get bus is between 3-5 over crowded full of weed smelling students, or dole dossers.nFeel very unsafe while there.
