I was working on a site opposite the station having trouble trouble getting a low loader into the premises, a man I can't remember his name came over from the station and helped us by directing your buses around us and was the only reason we managed to get the job done, whilst maintaining safety to the public and ensuring we had no effect on your bus service or customers, could not thank him enough for his help
My 4 friends and myself went out for a meal last night in Burscough which was amazing and we all had a lovely night. The bus driver that picked us up to go home around 21.29 was called Steve driver number was 8500341. The bus number was 15593 and the trip was 30 route 203A. We were a group of ladies aged between 41 to 67. We all agreed he was literally the nicest, kindest and sociable man we have had the pleasure to be looked after by. His driving was immaculate, and he still chatted to us all the way back to Much Hoole. We all agreed that he should be mentioned as in our opinion he is a credit to the bus service. Please pass on our review to him. Many thanks
Can't actually believe how bad the services are. They are NEVER on time no matter how early I try to leave for work I don't get to work on time. The buses just don't turn up and then 3 turn up at once. Absolute joke, no wonder people are so stressed.
Buses are not on time most of the time. Even you reach before time or on time sometimes we miss the bus. And then you have to wait for another hour to take bus. Due to which we reach late to hour duties. There is not exact route of the bus it will take multiple routes. Public transport in uk is not that good. If you don't have your vehicle you will be suffering and hunting for the bus.
The place is literally in the city center,interesting buildig,surrounded with parks churches and shops.This where the jurney beggins.
