ABSOLUTELY AMAZING STAFF! My grub hub driver was a nightmare so I ended up going down to the store which I obviously was not pleased about. The people there were super helpful and super quick. NEVER USE GRUB HUB! They cause more headache than anything! Absolutely displeased with grubhub service. The two people made my trip worth it. Truly amazing people. I recommend you to try it! Food is awesome and very competitive pricing.
I've been going to Presto's on and off for a couple years now, and there is no better place to get a sub in downtown Cleveland! It's barely more expensive than subway, but easily twice the quality - real fresh meat and veggies! I usually get "The Big Mensch," a pastrami sandwich topped with spicy coleslaw, swiss and chipotle mayo. What's more, they serve Dirty chips - which are the best chips ever made! For just under $11 I walk out with a sub, a bag of chips and a cup of soda. It may not seem like much of a deal, but given downtown prices and the sheer quality of their food, it is well worth it. The service is always great, too.
Ordered through grub hub about 45 minutes prior to closing. Said the order was received and they were making it. About 40 minutes later received a text saying the order was cancelled and they were closed. That's all, no other explanation. Food is good, but will not order from them again.
Sandwiches were good. But Jimmy and his customer service is lacking. "Yeah I messed up the sandwich. What do you want me to do about it?" Well I guess nothing. Will not spend money here again.
Food is consistently delicious. Be sure to ask for the free sandwich club card. Seven hits gets a free one.
