Wish We hadn't moved to Lincolnshire now... Teeside Parmos are the BEST!! Stayed at Field View B&B and Presto Pizza delivered. We were told there would be an Hour wait..but HEY PRESTO only 55 mins later, our Hot Shot Chicken Pamesan with Chilli Sauce was Delivered to Reception... DELICIOUS! !!

After waiting over an hour and a half (delivery within 60 mins he said on the phone) I called to see where our pizza was! Obviously they had forgot about it, but instead of apologizing and owning up, he just said, erm... it will be 15 mins is that ok? No, my kids are ready for bed I said. I'll just cancel the order please. Then he hung up! If he'd had just been honest and apologized I'd have probably waited the 15 mins! But hey ho!! I'd even put a tip to be side for the driver... Very poor phone manners and customer service! Won't be using them again!

Food late , food cold and left it to delivery man that we hadn't got all we ordered and they had but cheesy chips in instead but still charged us the same price .Food has always been lovely in the past but past couple of times been rank !!

The BEST pizza and garlic sauce. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
