I’ve had my nails done before and they were nice. Don’t get them done regularly enough to post much or a review. But just got my eyebrows done here. I always get them waxed here and the lady makes sure they are symmetrical and neat every. Single. Time. Lasts ages too. Would recommend her to everyone!! Just make sure you call 1st to make sure she’s in so you don’t have a wasted journey.

Left to paint my owns nails bevause manager said "staff need to leave" The worst experience, I will never return the manager was beyond disrespectful. He locked me in the shop with 2 other men and let all his female techinicans leave. My appointment was at 6 I kept being told 5 more minutes it then took 45 to be seen.. all the technicians left and was left to paint my nails myself as they smudge after drying. If I wanted my nails to be fixed I had to come back the next day , I then suggested calmly to pay once I come back tomorrow to get them fixed but he began to get more aggressive and would not let me leave until I paid.My nails look disgusting what a waste of money and time! Wouldn't recommend any women to encounter this experience whilst in a nail shop..

Have always had a good experience here except for today. My pedicure was rushed so the quality of it was poor. You can still see the previous colour under the current colour. When I complained they said I had to pay full price or let them fix it which I did not have time to do. The customer service and the way they managed my concerns was poor. Will not be returning.

They do very good pedicures. Their chairs are comfortable and message you as well if you want.

The worst service from the youngest nail technician. She rushed my nails and they look absolutely terrible because she was serving another customer whilst i quickly nipped to the toilet for my young daughter. Bad customer service, no communication at all. Manager has bad customer service too. Only thing that was nice was the condition of the shop.
