I would highly recommend Prestige Drinks! We made a typo on the message we specified for them to print on a personalised bottle. Keeley was great, she was able to have our message altered in time for the engraving to take place. The quality of customer service, the product and the engraving is just fantastic, I couldn't recommend them enough!
Second time ordering from Prestige Drinks and the second time that I am delighted with the purchase. A special mention to the customer service team, specifically Keeley, that answered all of my questions and went above and beyond for my/our request. Thank you again and we will certainly be back ordering in the near future!
I ordered an engraved bottle of whisky from the website and it turned up with a new style bottle. The new style bottle is 2 years old but the old style is still being advertised on the website. Wouldn’t have ordered if I had known. Customer service was awful and did nothing to help. Said the website was in the process of being updated 2years late. Said nothing could be done to help as shown in the T+C’s. Didn’t even apologise and stopped responding to emails.
Would not recommend this company, I bought a personalised bottle of Grey Goose vodka for my best friend's engagement party, this was a gift I hoped they could keep for life within a week of giving them the gift the photo pealed off and text box was bubbling. False advertisement on there websites states no stickers and its printed onto glass, if this was the case it wouldn't of started bubbling / pealing off the bottle. The bottle had been opened a drank slightly they are refusing to issue new bottle and have asked for it to be drunk and return the empty bottle for it to be fixed and also told me there is two types of engraving which isnt stated on website when purchasing, colour is printed onto bottle and black and white is engraved if I knew this I would of ordered black and white!! This was an engagement present if i'm not embarrassed enough the gift was faulty and defected, I am embarrassed even more asking them to finish the bottle and sent it back to them! shocking company and terrible customer service I've had to chase them up twice for responses to emails will be taking it to trading standards as I feel scammed and they aren't taking complaint seriously. This was all within 30 days of purchase as well, all I requested was a new bottle to be sent out that wasn't defected I am not bothered if its open or empty, I just think its ridiculous having to waste time sending back an empty faulty bottle to get this fixed when an empty bottle of grey goose could be personalised and sent to me.
Very easy to personalise your drink choice, they even allow you to see a preview of the finished product which was great because my 1st choice and the font I chose didn't match the bottle size so it allowed me to choose something else. The picture quality is superb on the bottle . It came within 2 days and was carefully packaged. People forgot struggling to find a present this is it Tha k me later
Spoke to Keeley today as there was a slight hiccup with my order...nothing dramatic at all. Keeley could not of been more helpful!!!! We spoke as if we had known each other for years although we have never met and live hundreds of miles apart. Thank you for your professionalism and your knowledge.
I was looking for something special to send for a 40th Birthday, and found it on Prestige Drinks website. I had some trouble placing the order online and phoned them for help. Great customer service from Keeley who took the time and effort to make sure I could place my order. I have had a great experience with this company and would happily recommend.
Great service, next day delivery was at 8am the following morning and the engraving was perfect. Keeley was really helpful with the questions I had and they went out of their way to make sure the engraving was just as we wanted it. Would definitely recommend.
Purchased a full size bottle of Moet to be personalized. This was a specific image with branding so reached out prior to see if it was possible to do like for like with one part in colour and the other part in black and white. Keeley was very prompt in answering my email and very quick to answer all my queries and to ascertain if printing or engraving was the best avenue to go down. I suspected which one was the right one, but asked Keeley for her opinion as she is the expert and she also suggested the same, which then cemented I was In the right hands, The bottle arrived quickly and was packaged and protected well. Upon opening, I was thoroughly thrilled with how it came out. I would highly recommend using Prestige Drinks again; I am very impressed with how they turned my bespoke request to a reality.
Bought an expensive bottle as a Christmas present for partners family. Wrapped the box, they opened it on Christmas day to find a leaking bottle, highly embarrassing as you can imagine. Customer service was dreadful, a normal company would of at least offered a new bottle straight away... no I had to get my partners family to send a leaking bottle back, not sure what they will do with a leaking bottle had to ask for a pre-paid stamp as they just expected my partners family to pay for this too and only then would they send a new bottle out. Not even a gesture voucher or anything to apologise for this highly inconvenient mess up on their side. DO NOT USE GO ELSEWHERE - I also never write reviews but I have to as this was such a bad experience.
