Would definitely highly recommend this dental practice. As I was feeling very anxious and scared from previous experiences, I put off going to the dentist. Until I came here and had this lovely lady and her assistant. I don’t know her name but they definitely made me feel comfortable throughout my treatment , she sat with me and explained everything and left feeling happy. Also the receptionists are very polite, lovely and get you in straight away. Will definitely be coming back.
As someone with prior dental trauma, I cannot recommend highly enough! Dental emergency? They will move mountains to get you the care you need. Need Dental excellence? There is a sincere passion for delivering the best in patient care. Nervous? The staff have a unique way of making you feel at ease, particularly Dentist Faryal whose patient centric approach and expertise are second to none. Thank you for fixing my dental emergencies, and making the whole experience as pleasant as it could possibly be.
Had a tooth removed recently that one of the dentists I forget her name had severely damaged whilst doing a filling on a tooth that should have been removed as I said to do instead of the filling but insisted on the filling, she drilled my tooth right down to the nerve, it bled after the filling had been put in and it caused me hell-ish pain and migraines on and off for months until the filling fell out, [*], and I had never felt so relieved. The pain was gone. It'd come back if I got food stuck it in it, though, but it ended up being removed at a hospital because it was so bad. I have a picture of the tooth and it's atrocious the state that my dentist had left it in.n* I thought it was my wisdom tooth until that happened which she also said that I should only make an appointment for if the pain became worse and more constant??nI wish I could remember her name but I reported her to another member of staff so hopefully she won't be messing up anyone else's mouth.
Had my top and bottom teeth veneered at this dentist. I have been going there for 30 years. Mr Imran Khan did them for me. I had them done on two separate visits. My teeth look absolutely amazing. I'm really pleased with them. He listened to everything that I said I wanted. I can't rate him enough. Thank you!
I am a carer and I took my client to Prestige today. They were so kind to her, they were all so lovely, the dentist was very professional and caring aswell. I will be moving to this dental practice aswell after my experience there today, I would highly recommend them.
