No sales pressure from the staff. A very good choice of furniture. I was looking for a particular type of easy chair and found one at about half the price of national chains. Plus, free local delivery as opposed to about £100 with the nationals. Efficient, friendly service when placing the order, which was completed within a few days. Good after sales service too. Thank you.
From the time I walked in to this store, I received excellent service from everyone. From the store staff, who helped me chose my new bed, and advised on prices etc. To the delivery men, who put my bed together and placed it exactly where I wanted it. Highly recommended. Thank you to everyone.
