I would give 0 stars, put a suit in for next day cleaning for a wedding to be told ‘it’s not ready and won’t be done as some is off at hospital’ I am not that unreasonable to not expect people to prioritise family health. But why take contact details and not call people to let them know their items won’t be ready!!! Too late to take it somewhere else now, fuming!!!

If I could put 0 stars I would. I Put my duvet in to clean and it came back covered in What looked like hairs all over it. A lady told me to come in the next day to speak to Chris the owner but when I went back in the man that was there said he wasn't the owner he was Fred West. He was EXTREMELY rude and I have NEVER EVER been spoken to by anyone the way he spoke to me. I don't know why he was so angry if he was just an employee. I asked for a copy of the
Public liability insurance but this was not given to me and I just got more verbal abuse. i wonder if this would have been the case if I was a 6ft 4 man and not a woman holding a baby. I will not be recommending anyone to use this drycleaners and am absolutely disgusted with the service.

Awful Dry Cleaners. Avoid at all costs. Ruined our item and was verbally abused by the staff member and told that if we posted any bad reviews online we would be sued! Well here is the review! ;)

Chris runs a good business and is reasonably priced.

Good dry cleaners, but can't believe any business in this day and age doesn't take cards. A service like this would make it so much easier for customers. There are plenty of inexpensive options now, so there's no excuse really.
