Way pricey...but good
We have given Pressing Needs our business every week for several years. I bought a brand new Tuxedo shirt and wore it to a Christmas party. The next day took the shirt to pressing needs to launder and asked that it be folded. It was nicely folded and wrapped in plastic. Opened the package to wear to a gala and noticed there was a hole in the shoulder and what appears to be grease as though it may have been caught in a machine. It was clearly damaged by Pressing Needs. The owner, Donna, has aggressively refused to take any responsibility and in fact tried to blame us for possibly shutting a car door on it. Wrong! The shirt, which cost well over £100, was worn exactly one time. She said it was just impossible they could have damaged it and then later admitted they do damage garments from time to time. How is that for taking care of repeat customers? She also stated that every garment is checked before being released however that is not the case since we have often had to return shirts that were released with unacceptably wrinkled collars. They will no longer get any of our business.
