I got my winter duvet cleaned 1 Yr ago and the rest was amazing. Now 1 Yr later I'm contacting them again to take it back in and get it cleaned fresh for next winter. Staff are so nice. Very pleasant and worthwhile visit. 1st class Job
Twice I have tried to use their service to clean a duvet. First time they did the job but then “forgot” to put it on the van so had to wait another week for delivery. 2nd time I rang up booked their van to collect on the Monday. 15 mins before pick up time they called and said they could not pick up as it was not in their scope of cleaning. Subsequent call to their office was totally unhelpful. Never again Nick Ratho
Phoned this company on fri to do some ironing as i had a trapped nerve in my back got told they would pick up my ironing on Monday after 5 not afterb6 not after 7 still not turned uo and its 8 thry have my number no phone call to say sorry we cant pick it up well all i cab say is if this is how you treat new customers i am surprised you got any not impressed with pressed for time not sorry for this review at all i rather give my money to some other company who treats people with respect thank you for wasting my time
Pleasant staff and competitive prices and also gives discount if you work for likes of NHS, council, emergency services etc. Need to bring ID badge with you

Came here because dry cleaner at my usual laundry was on holiday. Was more expensive and had a longer turnaround than my usual place.
