The food is amazing. But how could it be anything other than? All prepared infront of you and to your requirements. Healthy and delicious.

Often pop into Prepped for lunch when passing through Penkridge. The food is really tasty and its all prepared fresh to order. A really good variety of burritos, wraps, baguettes and hot deli food. They have hot meats and specials on daily. Staff are really friendly and passionate about what they do its a pleasure to visit there.

Popped in while in the area with work. Very friendly staff, reasonably priced and a very nice pork and stuffing baguette! Free cup of tea was also a great touch. Will be back when I'm in the area next.

Best place for a hot sandwich and modern smoothies. Free parking. Young and enthusiastic staff. Nothing like it in the area.
