Terrible products! Doors are so cheap quality they warp so easily. They are main suppliers for B&Q pine doors, hundreds of people complain about brand new warped doors! Don't want to deal with customers, transfer you directly back to the supplier even though they offer a 1 year guarantee which is not worth the paper it is on. My 20 year old doors are better quality than these rubbish.

I have just received fantastic service from Premium Timber on correcting a issue I had with varnish on my obscure glass. Craig the employee who visited my house was excellent and rectified the issue.
