I saw a job ad for a receptionist position on a website, which had been active for a week. Since I hadn't heard back from the team, I visited the apartment in person. Unfortunately, the lady at the reception responded harshly, saying there were no available positions. It would have been better if she had responded politely rather than been harsh for no reason .

Laura and Alina are fabulouos and provide great customer service with a friendly welcoming smile. The accommodation is so well situated, with parking on-site too at a small extra fee. The space and facility within the apartment is like home from home... plenty of dishes and items in the kitchen and lots of storage and furniture to make it feel cosy and comfortable, Highly recommend for a few nights stay or a longer term place to live for a few weeks or months. Brilliant!

I stayed in Premier Suites for, almost,  2.5 months, between June and August. The location of the apartments is in the city center 5 minutes from train station, behind the Oracle Mall, close to Super Markets, restaurants. The apartment was modern colors, design, the furniture were new and in good condition, the bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped kitchen, oven, freeze, fridge, washing machine, dish washer, cutlery, pots etc., bathroom as well. There is an open space for smokers, without going outside of the building. I was very satisficed with the management support  Laura Granthman and the clearing services Once per week. Since I was working from the apartment several days, they provided me without any additional charges an office chair and a desk, which were very helpful. I highly recommend it for families, and for long term staying.

Stayed there for 20 days. the room was very clean and everything you need is in the room. The staff are very helpful and they really help me with a lot of things. I really appreciated for their hospitality. The location cannot be more amazing than this. You have everything in walking distance so you do not need a car. I strongly recommend this place for both short and long stays. Thank you again for helping me a lot of things.  Rooms: So clean and have everything.  Nearby activities: The place is in the downtown so many things to do: The oracle center, primark, Sainsbury, M&S, all banks, john lewis, post offices, pubs, train station, sightseeing, decathlon, next outlet, the themes river.  Safety: The place is very safe and the staff are reachable anytime even in the nights if you face any problem like mineforgot the keys in the room  Walkability: The location is in the heart of Reading Downtown so everywhere is walkable.  Noteworthy details: The staff are so helpful and friendly. I have never seen that level of hospitality. So much appreciated. The internet connection is great as I had used for the business. The heating system is great. The shower works fine. The laundry machine works great.

We stayed in one of their one bedroom apartments and it was brilliant. Everything was so clean and the kitchen was very well stocked, they had thought of everything! The staff were super friendly and helpful. Ideally situated close to Reading city centre, there is no need for your car as everything is on your doorstep. Everything was a breeze from check in to check out. Thank you to all the staff, we will be back.

The apartment is nearly brand new and large, with all facilities included e.g. washing machine, micro-oven, oven, dish-washer, refrigerator, toast-maker, etc. Location is excellent, right above the Oracle shopping mall and next to Board Street.  Rooms: The rooms are large, and bed is very comfortable.

I recently stayed in one of their one room apartments whilst doing a 2 week long isolation and my stay was perfect. The facilities are very clean and modern yet cosy. The apartment itself was a nice size and even had a small balcony. The team there was so helpful from before booking all the way to check out, even checking on me via email to see how I was coping in isolation.  Regarding COVID 19, I felt safe throughout my stay as everything was very obviously clean and guests were reminded to follow safety regulations.  I would definitely recommend staying in one of their apartments!

Communication with the staff is horrendous. It's nice that they have a landline you can call but it would be nice to see them actually pick up, which thus far hasn't happened.  The apartment shower is barely functioning, there's water coming out but forget about having an actual shower.  The reception was poor. The person completely unaware and hard to talk to.  The two stars are literally only attributable to the location.

Everything was great. The receptionist was very friendly and gave us a tour, explaining how each and every appliance worked. The apartment was great, clean and very comfortable. The washing/drying machine wasn't working very well it washed but didn't dry our clothes but other than that we had a great stay!Rooms: 5/5
